Some properties are very cheap because there are no roads to get to them.
And then there are the bargains. Prime land for building at very reasonable prices. But if a "Gringo" goes after these bargains they become quite elusive and the price magically doubles or triples.
The secret is to know where they are then send a trusted Costa Rican friend to buy for you.
 We have scouts in the Turrialba area ready to show you the bargain properties that are certain to increase in value by as much as double in two or three years. We know where several of these properties are but we can't use all of them.
 We are also planning a tourist center to include a motel with air-conditioned rooms and a pool, a first for this area, and a restaurant with tourist information. We can’t say more at this moment but it’s an exciting opportunity for a partnership.
